Steps
The Process

Get-to-know-you call
Once you submit an inquiry and complete a brief questionnaire we will connect to schedule a call.
During this call we‘ll confirm availability and discuss all the beautiful details of your event. This will also give us the opportunity to ensure we are the perfect fit for each other.
We’ll walk you through the services we offer and what you can expect from our wonderful team on your special day.

How to get the ball rolling
When you decide to move forward with our services, a $100 nonrefundable down
payment will be required for the creation of your agreement. Once finalized, the
agreement will be emailed to you for your review. After approving it, you may sign and return it via email along with 25% of the balance to officially reserve your date. The third payment will be due 30 days before you event, and the final payment will be due one week prior to your special day.

Items needed the week prior to event
1. Aerial view layout
Detail drawing of the venue setup, including locations of all tables, DJ, restrooms, food stations and key areas.
2. Copy of Rental agreement
Copy of the rental agreement to distinguish between rentals and personal items.
3. Video walkthrough of venue
Conduct and record a video walkthrough of the venue for layout and planning purposes.
4. Timeline review
Confirm and review the event timeline for any last-minute changes.
Note any updates that might incur additional charges or require additional staff will be discussed at this time.
5. Final information check
Verify any other necessary details or documents (certificates of insurance, napkin fold, day of contact, table mockup photo) needed for day of event.
